The Pertubuhan Kebajikan dan Pembangunan Luar Bandar Malaysia (PPM-002-14-11062020), located at 30-2C, Dataran Dwitasik, Jalan Dwitasik, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Cheras Kuala Lumpur, or simply known as “PKPLBM,” is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that is independent, non-profit, non-political, and a fully charitable club. It was established on June 11, 2020, to provide assistance and development services in rural areas.

we works closely with the government, non-governmental organization at the state and national levels, as well as corporate entities, to provide information, education, welfare protection, and economic development specifically for rural communities. The organization will also conduct activities related to its mission.

Malaysian Rural Development Welfare Organization is overseen by Y.T.M Dato’ Mendika Menteri Akhirulzaman Dato’ Haji Maarof bin Haji Mat Rashid (the 16th Dato’ Undang Luak Jelebu) and chaired by Mohd Haffizan Alimudin to carry out charitable, welfare, and development activities that contribute to the rural community’s economy in achieving the organization’s objectives.

  • To mobilize and encourage volunteer organizations in Malaysia to address social development issues.
